To assist schools in the management of the regional events for Creative Generation (CGEN) - Voices, including heats and finals; and travel to state finals.
March - September 2017 (2017 Inaugural year)
Each region has an allocation of $7000 towards costs associated with holding regional events. These costs can include venue hire, travel, teacher replacement, adjudication.
Regional co-ordinators submit budgets to the project manager in Central Office for approval and payment.
Subsidies are provided to state finalist schools for travel to the event. Costs are based on regular government kilometric rates and will be determined by the project manager in Central Office.

Expressions of interest are sent out to all schools in May for volunteer regional co-ordinators.
Once selected, regional co-ordinators are to submit budgets to the project manager, Community Engagement and Partnerships, Central Office.
