Professional development (PD) for teachers and school release to support PD for teachers transitioning to Secondary School under the Flying Start Program.
Funds will be spent as per the approved plan submitted by the Region - any variation will be submitted to the regional HR officer.
There is no acquittal process.
Regions will be required to report to central office as per program guidelines.
Program funding will cease on 30 April 2015.
