Showcase Awards for Excellence in Schools

Purpose

Development grants under this program are provided to award winners to further assist the development of the winning school program.

Expenditure guidelines

Schools are to expend these funds on the winning school program and may be used for various purposes including:

• study leave
• research - further or new
• conference attendance or presentation
• professional resources
• study support
• publication and distribution
• team building
• staff professional development.

There is no specific acquittal process for these funds.

Payments are made soon after each phase of the awards program in approximately June, August and November each year.
