To assist in the development of School Industry Trade Centres in particular trade areas with the objective of enhancing the quality of, and increasing industry and community involvement in, vocational education and training. The training facilities are to be established within State and non-State High Schools or an industry location.
Schools must expend the funds as per individual funding agreements.
Funds are to be acquitted at key milestones and on the completion of the project.
