Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes and Values

This section provides an example of a holistic and coordinated approach to student health and wellbeing in the curriculum across the phases of learning. These overviews have been developed with reference to the Years 1-10 Health and Physical Education syllabus External Link.

Student Health and Wellbeing Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes and Values for:

  1. Early Phase
  2. Middle Phase - Primary
  3. Middle Phase - Secondary
  4. Senior Phase

The knowledge, skills, attitudes and values outlined are relevant and transferable across a range of health and wellbeing issues. Student health and wellbeing education programs should address learning outcomes identified in relevant syllabi and be conducted in this broader context.
