Safe and Healthy Schools initiatives

The Safe and Healthy Schools initiatives are part of the State Government's $11.1 million package to promote safety, physical activity and a healthier lifestyle in Queensland schools.

These initiatives recognise that the health of students is a priority, as it helps them to achieve their best at school and beyond. It is important students not only learn to get fit and healthy while at school but also develop a lifelong appreciation of making healthy lifestyle choices.
