Workforce Strategy
The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment Framework for Action 2007-2010 (the Framework) (new window) 319k 
is a whole-of-department document that details actions and strategies focused on improving employment, retention and career development of Indigenous people within the department. The Framework sits alongside the Workforce Diversity and Equity Framework for Action 2006-2008 as a companion document, both of which provide a framework in which the department can enhance its capacity to foster a workplace culture based on valuing and respecting diversity.
