Education Policy and Procedures Register (EPPR)

It is the principal's responsibility to ensure that all staff have a knowledge and understanding of the Department of Education's policies relating to a school's Internet use.

Staff who are connected to the Department's network must read and accept all the conditions of the Acceptable Usage Guidelines located in:

Schools should ensure that their students and parents or guardians are aware of the risks and benefits associated with the usage of Internet services and the measures in place to minimise these risks.

Education Queensland is committed to ensuring that no student is disadvantaged. Schools need to be aware of this requirement in planning and delivering the curriculum to students.
