School Annual Report instructions

What information should you provide?

The School Annual Report template clearly indicates required reporting elements and provides additional instructions in red text. While all items provided in the template are required to be included in the school annual report, those sections that are not applicable to the schools can be deleted. For example, primary schools may choose to delete the section reporting Year 12 outcomes.

Whilst it is not necessary to provide any information beyond what is required in the policy and template, additional information about your school and its activities is always welcomed by your community and can be published on your website in other documents.

Uploading your school annual report to your school website (state schools only)

Schools are required to upload their completed School Annual Report by 30 June.

Step by step instructions for uploading your School Annual Report for Websites for Schools can be found in Service Centre Online.
