Computers for Teachers Principals' Hotline

A hotline is now available for principals experiencing technical issues with their own Computers for Teachers laptops.

To access it:

1. call the Service Centre on 1800 680 445
2. select option #6.

Why ring the hotline?

Call the hotline if you are seeking technical support for principals' Computers for Teachers laptops.

The hotline does not cover teachers' Computers for Teachers laptops or fleet management issues.

  • For technical support of teachers' laptops, call the Service Centre on 1800 650 445, select option #2, then option #3.
  • For support with fleet management of Computers for Teachers laptops at your school, contact the Computers for Teachers team.

Why create the hotline?

Principals have chief responsibility for all school operations. They require any time, anywhere access to their Computers for Teachers laptops to do their job effectively.

Having their own hotline ensures principals gain prioritised access to dedicated technical support so they can continue to gain such access.
