Warranty on accessories

Accessories covered by the manufacturer's three-year warranty are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Battery and power adaptor
The battery and power adaptor (including cords) have the following warranties:
- Dell E5410 & E5420 laptops have a three year warranty
- MacBooks have a three year warranty
- Acer TravelMate P654-M laptops have a three year warranty
The warranty will be void if there is any indication that damage was incurred because the power cord was rolled too tightly or the wires were bent.

USB ports
USB ports are covered under warranty through parts and functionality provisions.
Damage to the USB port caused by wriggling the connection from side to side is not covered by warranty.
Laptop carry bag
The Dell laptop bag carries a three-year warranty.
The Apple MacBook carry bag is covered by a 12-month replacement warranty.
The PC (Acer TravelMate P643-M) laptop bag carries a four-year warranty.
