ICTINFO is used to send notifications of ICT upgrades, outages, and improvements. MIS Admins can allow others to receive ICTINFO emails by adding them in the Enterprise Platform Mailing Group within the MIS Portal. MIS Admins should add their ICT administrators, ICT technicians, Orange Card holders, business services managers and ICT head of departments.
The firstname.lastname@example.org email address is a member of the Enterprise Platform Mailing Group by default, so it is vital that Principalsuse the SCO e-form as soon as the MIS Administrator needs changing.
