P&C mailing groups

To assist the Queensland Council of Parents and Citizens Association (QCPCA) to communicate with their members all schools are allocated three P&C mailing groups in the Managed Internet Service:

P&C President:
P&C Secretary:

It is important that the MIS Administrator updates the membership of these mailing groups at the start of each school year and whenever there is a change in their P&C Executive.

Steps for MIS Administrator:

Login to

Administration>Manage Mailing Groups>Group Members

Example for step 2

3. Select P&C from the drop down menu

4. Enter the personal email addresses for the P&C executive in the Add by email address box. It is not necessary to create personal MIS accounts for P&C members because any email address can be entered.

5. Click Add, then Submit

6. Repeat the steps above to add the President and Secretary to the specific mailing groups.
