The online ICT procurement website, Purchase IT*, provides schools with an online shopping environment to purchase ICT devices such as approved desktops, laptops, printers, hardware accessories, peripherals and cabling for schools.
You can use PurchaseIT to compare approved products, specifications, prices and warranty information online. Product offerings are reviewed each quarter and prices are updated monthly. This allows schools to access fit-for-purpose technology that represents best value for money all year round.
Through PurchaseIT you have access to competitive pricing through the department's preferred supplier arrangements.
How do I get access?
Access to PurchaseIT is through OnePortal or this page. No specific PurchaseIT login is needed. All school users will be required to enter their normal network login. User guides for advice on accessing and ordering products are available on OnePortal (DETE employees only).
The Service Centre is open Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.*Please note Purchase IT can only be accessed by Queensland state school staff and system technicians who have been given access.
