The Learning Place has a number of online courses ideal for teachers who are starting to embrace digital pedagogy and are planning to seek ICT Certificate accreditation.

This self-paced course enhances your ICT skills, assisting you to make new technologies integral to delivering meaningful learning experiences.
Integrating multimedia in the classroom
The course provides an introduction to multimedia and its production and distribution process. You'll explore the potential and power of multimedia in teaching, and develop skills in its creation.
SmartStuff with Word
Learn to do some things that will have great value in your work as an education professional but may rarely be used by other Word users.
SmartStuff with PowerPoint
Learn to do some things that will have great value in your work as an education professional but may rarely be used by other PowerPoint users.
SmartStuff with Excel
Learn to do some things that will have great value in your work as an education professional but may rarely be used by other Excel users.
Untangling the web and weaving it into the classroom
In this course you'll learn about the Internet, search strategies and website analysis; and you'll complete a web-based project, such as a WebQuest.
