Digital Pedagogy Pack

Who is it for?

The Digital Pedagogy Pack is ideal for teachers who are working towards the Digital Pedagogy Licence.

It is also an excellent resource for school leaders wishing to engage teachers in conversations about digital pedagogy.

What is it?

The pack features learning tasks organised around the four focus areas of the licence:

By working through the pack, you will be in a better position to get the most from ICT to support, enhance, enable and transform teaching and learning, including planning, assessing and reporting.

What's in it for me?

The pack can help you develop the reflective statement component of your digital portfolio for the Digital Pedagogy Licence.

It will do that by helping you gain a broader, deeper knowledge and understanding of what it means to work, live, teach and learn digitally.

By engaging with the pack's learning tasks, you will learn to articulate your beliefs and apply your pedagogy in new and different ways to benefit your teaching, your learners and their learning.

How can I be involved?

Identify other teachers in your school or school cluster to find if they are interested in working through the pack. The support and ideas you will gain collegially are an important part of the process.

Then, talk with a leader in your school (such as your principal or curriculum leader) to let them know you and your colleagues are interested and need their help to find a Digital Pedagogy Pack leader.

There is no set order to the pack's learning tasks, so you are free to negotiate your own learning pathway. While you do not have to complete all tasks, you are encouraged to address all focus areas.
