Business Services Manager Connect (BSM Connect)

There are currently many experienced high-performing Business Services Managers (BSMs) who informally support other BSMs within their local clusters and districts, as well as through School Business Managers Association Queensland (SBMAQ) initiatives.

What is BSM Connect?

BSM Connect is a statewide support network of highly experienced and dedicated BSMs who provide just in time and just for me support and advice to BSMs/School Administrative Officers across the state.

BSM Connect will provide practical assistance in a confidential environment; and complement existing support systems for BSMs.

BSM Connect will not provide professional counselling, mediation or legal assistance nor is BSM Connect related to the recruitment and selection or the performance and review processes.

The team of BSMs, with their wide range of experience and skills are known as BSM Connectors.

What is the role of a BSM Connector?

As a BSM Connector you will be contacted by other BSMs and school administration officers seeking support, guidance or assistance on matters relating to the responsibilities of BSMs. You will also be part of a statewide network of BSM Connectors and receive training in Brisbane to assist you with your role.
