Organised by Workforce Capability and Performance Unit, these workshops feature a variety of external and in-house presenters, with each session focusing on a specific tool or area of development.
Workshops are free of charge and take place in the large conference room on Level 12, Education House, 30 Mary Street in the Brisbane CBD.
Participants can register their intent to attend by email.
Where: Level 12 Large Hall, Education House, 30 Mary Street, Brisbane
When: Thursday 24 May from 1 pm - 2 pm
This Empowering Hour will help you on your development journey by focusing on individual areas of development through the Lominger Leadership Library. Using this tool, along with the Capability and Leadership Framework
(CLF), our presenters will provide you with tips and strategies to drive your own development. This session complements the Developing Performance Framework as it will help you identify practical professional development activities that you can work on for free and at your own pace.
There are limited places for this exciting session so register as soon as possible as places will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Before the session, please take a look at the CLF for your level and select one of the five top-level areas to focus on during the session (e.g. achieves results, communicates with influence).
Workshop topics are emailed to all central office directors for distribution one week before each session.
For more information regarding Empowering Hour, or to be included on our email list, please email Samantha Jordan, Workforce Capability and Performance Unit or telephone (07) 3222 2769.
