The Senior Officer leadership development initiative offers a range of part-funded leadership development opportunities for Senior Officers, and invites recipients to partner with Leadership and Capability to provide feedback and advice on future leadership capability development strategies.
This initiative supports the department's commitment to empower staff to work together to deliver high-quality customer outcomes, and build and maintain a skilled and capable workforce.
Interested Senior Officers are asked to consider the offerings available - as outlined below - and complete, then email the Expression of Interest 397K to Leadership and Capability, Organisational Transformation and Capability, HR by close of business Wednesday 31 May 2017. Please note that opportunities will be provided on a 'first in best dressed' basis, with funds available equal to the program cost or up to $1000 towards the program cost (for programs costing more than $1000) per person. Those expressing interest will be contacted promptly regarding their interest and the registration process.
Please note that additional program costs and any expenses associated with travel, accommodation and meals will be the responsibility of work units.
