Leadership Capability Development Program

The Leadership Capability Development Program is a six-month program designed to develop the leadership capability of A06 to A08 employees (or equivalent).

Applicants for the program must currently be leading a team in the workplace, or planning to do so in the near future.

Participants will undertake a variety of learning experiences ranging from residential workshops, peer group workshops, tele/video conferencing, individual coaching, work-based practice and reflection.
