Leading where you are

The Leading where you are program is an exciting leadership capability development program for school support, regional and corporate employees in administrative officer roles (AO2-6). It comprises three practical, interactive modules that aim to develop your leadership of self, leadership through conversation and leadership of others. The program is designed and developed with flexibility in mind for participants to choose one, two or three of the modules in any order.

Workshops will be delivered in central locations in each region, with further opportunity to work with you to bring additional workshops (as requested) to your team, school or area.

Module 2 - Leading through conversation (one-day workshop)

Module 3 - Leading others (two-day workshop)

Terms and Conditions of registration

The Leading where you are program is being delivered state-wide by professional and accredited external facilitators in partnership with the department. Each workshop is capped at a maximum of 30 registrations to ensure quality of the program delivery and outcomes.
