DET Mentoring Program

The DET Mentoring Program is a six-month leadership and mentoring program for AO6-AO8 Mentorees (Program 1) and AO8, SO and SES Experienced Leaders (Program 2).

Participants will engage in deep reflection on their practice as leader, people manager and mentor. A key focus of the program will be for participants to nurture themselves and their learning to enable their capacity to develop others.

If you are interested in applying to be a Mentoree (Program 1) in this program please seek approval and support from your supervisor, read the DET Mentoring Program fact sheet Microsoft® Word document 330k and submit an Expression of Interest (Mentoree) Microsoft® Word document 259k by Wednesday 28th March 2012.

If you are interested in engaging in the Experienced Leader (Program 2) component of this program please submit an Expression of Interest (Mentor) Microsoft® Word document 242k by Friday, 30th March 2012.
