TAFE Queensland
is the key training provider, though a private RTO may also be used. Your choice of provider will depend on your needs, the range of electives they offer, and the support level you require.

Costs vary according to qualification, mode of delivery and provider.
On receiving your completed enrolment form, the selected RTO will invoice you or your work unit for the units of competency in which you have enrolled.
Work units (e.g. schools, offices, institutes or business units) are encouraged to fund this training from their capability development budgets. You may also fund your qualification yourself and claim it against your tax.
You may be able to undertake the qualification in normal work hours if negotiated with your manager in your Developing Performance plan. However, there is no requirement for your manager to allow this.
