Principals' Induction Program

There is now a new Principal Induction and Resources website available on OnePortal.

Developed in partnership with Education Queensland, this website is for use by Regional Directors in planning and delivering induction programs for newly-appointed principals, and also provides just-in-time information for new, acting and continuing principals.

The Principal Induction and Resources website provides access to key principal induction resources and is organised under the Education Queensland Principals' Capability and Leadership Framework capabilities:

• Organisational Leadership
• Personal Leadership
• Relational leadership.
