Leadership Matters: case studies for school leadership development

A professional development resource for school leadership teams aligned to the Leadership Matters capability framework. The case studies present typical, real-life scenarios from the experiences of Education Queensland principals. Case studies are a proven way of enhancing collegial learning. They can be the basis for discussion of options, implications and potential consequences that can be related to participants' own schools.

To support school leadership professional development the case studies are available individually or as a set, and a facilitators kit is also available for purchase from the Queensland Government Bookshop.
