Behaviour Support

Teacher Aides can access information and courses in behaviour support through the Safe, Supportive and Disciplined Learning Environments website.

This site provides information about key elements of the Department's strategy for providing a safe and supportive learning environment for students and staff in state schools, including:

The Department employs 330 full-time-equivalent (FTE) trained behaviour support personnel, including teachers, guidance officers, psychologists, teacher aides and parent liaison officers who are allocated across the state according to school needs.
