Working SMARTer Program 2012

The Working SMARTer Program for A02, A03 and A04 public sector employees aims to develop participants' skills and focuses on self-awareness, self-management and working more effectively with others.

The program includes:

• understanding personality and working with different people
• the Five Leadership Practices
• giving and receiving feedback
• perceptual positions and Emotional Intelligence
• keeping work and the rest of your life in balance
• time management and coping with a heavy workload
• increasing your confidence
• increasing your ability to demonstrate your initiative and influence upwards.
