The Professional Development and Leadership Institute actively promotes the benefits of ongoing professional development for teachers and school leaders.
PD initiatives coordinated by the Institute include:
As well as facilitating centrally delivered professional development programs, the Institute team responds to requests from schools, districts and regions to support localised professional development activities for teachers and school leaders.
The Institute team has a diverse range of facilitation and presentation skills and a number of members are accredited in the administration of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and 360 degree feedback tools (Human Synergistics ® Life Styles Inventory (LSI)TM 
and Benchmarks).
