The Principal Capability and Leadership Framework is the leadership framework for Education Queensland principals that will guide all leadership activities.
Queensland Public Service Capability and Leadership Framework (CLF)
The Queensland Public Service Capability and Leadership Framework demonstrates capabilities required of public service employees at all levels, across all agencies and departments. The CLF does not apply to teachers and school leaders.
Education Queensland Professional Standards for Teachers 
Education Queensland's Professional Standards for teachers define the knowledge, skills and abilities to apply to all teachers in state education in Queensland, celebrating, articulating and supporting the complex and varied nature of a teacher's work.
