Education Queensland Principals' Capability and Leadership Framework (PCLF)
The Principal Capability and Leadership Framework is the leadership framework for Education Queensland principals that will guide all leadership activities.
The Deputy Principals' Capability and Leadership Framework and the Head of Programs' Capability and Leadership Framework are multi-layered self-reflective frameworks designed to enrich instructional leadership, capability development and provide a focus for performance development planning.

Queensland Public Service Capability and Leadership Framework (CLF)
The Queensland Public Service Capability and Leadership Framework demonstrates capabilities required of public service employees at all levels, across all agencies and departments. It provides a common language to support consistent whole-of-government capability and leadership development, and is designed to help ensure that the Queensland Public Service (QPS) has the capability and leadership skills to meet future challenges.The CLF does not apply to teachers and school leaders.

Education Queensland Professional Standards for Teachers ![]()
Education Queensland's Professional Standards for Teachers defines the knowledge, skills and abilities to apply to all teachers in state education in Queensland, celebrating, articulating and supporting the complex and varied nature of a teacher's work.
The Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
defines the work of teachers and makes explicit the elements of high-quality, effective teaching in 21st century schools, which results in improved educational outcomes for students. The Standards provide a framework that makes clear the knowledge, practice and professional engagement required across teachers' careers.
