Practical Performance Conversations Workshops

Are you responsible for leading implementation of the Developing Performance process in your workplace?

Practical Performance Conversations is a practical, interactive workshop that supports implementation of the Developing Performance Framework. This one-day program for school leaders, managers, supervisors or team leaders is aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of the developing performance process and conversations.

The program will support you in:

• preparing for developing performance conversations
• aligning developing performance plans with relevant capability frameworks
• exploring practical tools to develop more confidence and effectiveness in having developing performance conversations
• giving and receiving feedback
• identifying and managing your own and others' emotions
• developing an action plan to apply these skills and conversations in the workplace.

Workforce Capability and Performance (WCP) hope to offer further workshops in 2013. Workshop dates and registration details will be posted to this page when they become available.
