This standard covers the requirements for planning and conducting assessment, providing feedback to students, reporting on student learning and using the outcomes of student assessment to inform program planning.

Statements

Establish and communicate learning goals and assessment criteria.

Plan for assessing student learning.

Collect and use multiple sources of valid evidence to make judgments about student learning.

Communicate with students, families and caregivers and other authorities about student progress.

Use assessment results to guide program planning, delivery and assessment.
