The Developing Performance Framework aims to promote and maintain a positive workplace culture based on quality conversations about work-related practice and performance with colleagues and a team leader. The four-phase developing performance process provides a focus for discussing identified key work tasks, planning support and professional development to continue to build individual capabilities and career aspirations.
The Professional Standards for Teachers serves to empower teachers and school leaders with a reflective platform from which teachers can identify and extend their own development in order to strengthen classroom practice.
In addition to the Professional Standards for Teachers, there are a number of tools and resources available that can support teachers as they work through this process. These resources can be accessed through the Developing Performance Framework website.
