Course registration amendments or cancellations
The only amendments permissible to courses registered currently are those associated with costs of the course, accredited expiry dates and course cancellations.
Duration and course titles cannot be amended and require the old courses to be cancelled and an application for a new course registration (new window) 218k 
to be submitted.
Both course amendments and cancellations can be made on the course amendment/cancellation form (new window) 304k . Completed forms can be faxed to the State Authority.
If the course is replaced with a new training package, for example, then the provider should seek registration for the new course by submitting an application for new course registration.
