Department of Education, Training and Employment Procedure Register (DETE PR)

The DETE PR contains procedures for

• Education Queensland
• Corporate
• Vocational Education and Training (VET)
• Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC).

Note: Currently not all DETE procedures are available on the register. Procedures available through the VET and ECEC web pages will be transitioned to the DETE PR as and when they are reviewed.

Inclusion in the DETE PR ensures procedures:

• are developed or reviewed and are consistent with PBL-PR-001: Development and review of a procedures for inclusion in the Department of Education, Training and Employment Procedure Register
• follow a consistent style and format
• identify legislative authority for implementation
• comply with legislation including Right to Information
• are regularly reviewed and updated
• are managed in accordance with legislated record-keeping obligations.

Upcoming Procedure (UP) List

The UP List contains new or substantially reviewed procedures that are ready for implementation on a date in the future, i.e. these procedures are for information purposes only and have not yet been implemented.

Procedures are made available in the UP List to enable affected stakeholders to plan and prepare for implementation. The implementation date is clearly identified for each UP List procedure.

Stakeholders should continue to refer to the DETE PR version.
