  Queensland State Schools and Department of Education, Training and the Arts business units wanting to use copyright materials and personal information for any purpose in connection with the Department or the State should obtain consent using forms developed for this purpose.

• LGS-PR-002: Freedom of Information

  Provides a means of access to Departmental records. Freedom of Information legislation provides members of the public a legally enforceable right to access records held by Government. It also provides a right to amend personal affairs information contained in Government records.

• LGS-PR-006: Decision-making and Responding to a Request for Reasons for a Decision

  Describes how a person whose interests are adversely affected by an administrative decision or failure to make a decision to which the Judicial Review Act 1991 applies is entitled to request in writing, and be given reasons in writing, for the decision.
