interrelationship of chaplaincy service with activities of other religious groups in school e.g. religious instruction, lunchtime groups for fellowship, voluntary prayer meetings, commitment groups, musical performances
information to parents about which activities include religious and/or spiritual content
information to be conveyed to parents about student participation or non-participation in program of chaplaincy services and processes for providing consent for their child's participation in interrelated activities
processes through which students:
- access activities within program of chaplaincy services
- attend arranged meetings to receive religious and/or spiritual support from chaplain
outline of the complaints management processes to be followed in regard to any issues of concern by members of the school community.
