Upcoming Procedures (UP) List

The UP List contains new or substantially reviewed procedures that are ready for implementation on a date in the future, i.e. these procedures are for information purposes only and have not yet been implemented.

Procedures available on the UP List enable stakeholders to plan and prepare for implementation.

The implementation date is clearly identified for each UP List procedure.
Stakeholders should continue to refer to the Department of Education and Training Procedure Register (DET PR) version.

Procedures

• LGS-PR-010: Developing and managing legislative delegations and authorisations

  To advise staff how to develop and maintain the delegation and authorisation of legislative powers conferred on Minister/s and the Director-General. It excludes administrative delegations that are used to facilitate administrative processes (that is, those delegations not made under a legislative power).
