WFR-PR-001: Breastfeeding in the Workplace procedure has been decommissioned. Provisions for departmental employees for breastfeeding in the workplace now exist under the whole-of-government Public Service Commission Breastfeeding and Work policy, which took effect on 5 August 2010.

WFR-PR-004: Management of public interest disclosures under the Whistleblowers Protection Act 1994 (Qld) has been decommissioned. A new procedure has been developed to reflect changes arising from the new Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010 (Qld) and Public Interest Disclosure Standard No. 1 which took effect from 1 January 2011. The Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010 replaces the repealed Whistleblowers Protection Act 1994 (Qld).

Reporting suspected wrongdoing is vital to the integrity of the department and the Queensland public sector. This procedure relates to all departmental staff.
