Finer futures
The purpose of this website is to assist school communities to better meet
the needs of boys at risk, but not at the expense of other students. Simplistic
ideas that all boys are essentially the same, and by definition different
from all girls, serve to reinforce divisions where they need not exist - where
they should not exist - in the education of our children and young
people.
The issues and the answers are not simple, but the rewards for school communities
- for teachers, administrators and parents - are finer futures for all our
students. We all have something to gain and we all have something to contribute.
