The StuditaliA Prize was established in 1994 to encourage and promote excellence in Italian studies in schools in Queensland and reward the achievement of Year 12 students of Italian. It is an expression of the commitment the Italian community, the Italian Government and the Department of Education, Training and Employment in Queensland are making to the maintenance and the diffusion of the Italian language and culture.
The StuditaliA Prize for Year 12 students of Italian offers a number of one-month prizes for recipients to study and live in Italy.
