The Regional Professional Development Scholarships support Queensland state school teachers to gain postgraduate qualifications in identified regional high-demand curriculum areas.
Applications were open to state school teachers who were teaching in the participating regions and who would like to enhance their knowledge in an identified demand area or who would like to transition into one of the identified high demand curriculum areas.
The availability of these scholarships varies from year to year depending on regional workforce demands.
Regional Professional Scholarships are not currently being offered by the department.
