Sister Schools

Opportunity overview

A sister school relationship involves the formalised pairing of two school communities for the purpose of initiating and maintaining reciprocal educational activities.

A free resource covering all aspects of sister school relationships is available to schools. You can request Sister School Guidelines for Queensland State Schools (subject to availability).

Note: Where programs involve a selection process, all selections are final and are not subject to appeal. Selections may be made by DET International to ensure the benefits of these programs are evenly spread throughout Queensland.
