Legislation

Student Work Experience placements are available in Queensland through the Education (Work Experience) Act 1996

Vocational Placements are available through the Vocational Education, Training and Employment Act (2000)

The Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000 (Qld) regulates requirements for a Blue Card .
