Right to Appeal

Under the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006, students, their parents or another authorised representative of the student are able to make a submission to appeal against 6-20 day suspensions, proposals/ recommendations to exclude and cancellations of enrolment, or to request a review of a behaviour improvement condition.

The processes for making a submission are included in OneSchool to print and should be included with each letter given to the student/parent. Submissions for each School Disciplinary Absence can be made to the following person:
