Case Management

If a student is suspended 6-20 days, a school case manager is appointed to support the student and to assist in the re-engagement of the student back into the school after the suspension.

If a student is suspended with a proposal to exclude or suspended with a recommendation to exclude, a regional case manager is appointed to support the student and their family to ensure the student is re-engaged in an eligible education option as soon as possible after the exclusion decision has been made.
