Provision of Education Program

For suspensions of 1-5 days:

If a student is suspended for less than five school days, the school principal must take steps to ensure the student is given school work to complete during suspension.

For suspensions of 6-20 days:

If a student is suspended for more than five school days, the school principal must arrange for the student access to an educational program.
