If a student is suspended for less than five school days, the school principal must take steps to ensure the student is given school work to complete during suspension.
If a student is suspended for more than five school days, the school principal must arrange for the student's access to an educational program.
If a student is suspended with a proposal/recommendation to exclude, the school principal must arrange for the student's access to an education program.
