Adjustment Information Management System (AIMS)

The Adjustment Information Management Systems (AIMS) is the Department's database that is used to collect information associated with the Education Adjustment Program (EAP). Information collected includes student and parent details, disability, program and services, EAP profile and transport.

On-line access to this information assists schools in ensuring up-to-date information is available for students with disability identified through the EAP process. Access to this information is restricted to personnel in Queensland state schools who are involved with the student's educational program.

Analysis of this information at a regional and statewide level enables the planning and coordination of programs and services to respond to the identified student population.
EQ staff can access AIMS through the AIMS home page.

Access to the system requires authorisation by school principals or the Principal Education Officer, Student Services at district offices.
