Special education services

Special education services may be available to support students and children with disability by providing visiting or outreach support to state and non-state schools, childcare centres and kingergartens.

Some of the services that may be available include:

• advisory visiting teachers
• guidance officers
• registered nurses
• physiotherapists
• occupational therapists and
• speech-language pathologists.
