The aim of RAP
is to reduce the incidence of depression and associated problems in young people. It is an experiential, resilience-building program that has been designed to promote positive coping abilities and the maintenance of a sense of self in the face of stressful and difficult circumstances. It is a universal program that targets all teenagers in a particular year level.
