A travelling ideas wall visited primary schools in Brisbane Bayside before school to give parents a chance to contribute their suggestions.
Student focus groups captured young people 's ideas. These small group discussions were held at several schools across the region.
Feedback sessions for staff from all 13 schools were held early in October.
Parents of children who attend local schools, kindergartens and childcare centres were invited to attend two parent feedback sessions in mid-October.
Community displays were held at Manly Market, Wynnum Plaza Shopping Centre and the Wynnum Library. These displays were manned at specific times and incorporated the travelling ideas wall.
All community members were invited to attend one of two community forums held in October to discuss education in Brisbane Bayside. Associate Professor David Loader was the guest speaker.
An industry lunch in early October brought together key industry and economic organisations to discuss the opportunities for partnerships.
