In all cases only personnel with special permissions can create content for the blog.
The menu link and content container will have the Access level view set to control who can view the link and content on the website.

This matrix shows what roles can view, author, edit or publish content on the website. Various account access types can login into the website Members Area and the site application Admin panel to maintain the site.

Who should publish articles? (Publisher, Manager and Administrator roles only).
Note: These users must login to the Members area first to have their account pulled/sychronised from the MIS before the account will enter User Manager for updating.
